All texts, images, illustrations, photographs, brands, and other elements of the site content are protected by law and properly licensed, with any copying, reproduction, diffusion, transmission, use, modification, sale, publication, distribution, or any other use, whether total or partial, commercial or non-commercial, by any means used, prohibited without express authorization. The use of the site for illegal purposes or any other purposes that may be harmful to the image of Corequad, Lda (Thomson Club) in the market is expressly prohibited.

Corequad, Lda disclaims any responsibility for the usurpation and misuse of the above-mentioned elements. Exceptions to this prohibition include uses authorized by law, such as the right to quote, provided the origin is clearly identified. Usurpation, counterfeiting, the exploitation of usurped or counterfeited content, illegitimate identification, and unfair competition are criminal offenses. Corequad, Lda reserves the right to take legal action against those responsible for any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or other use of its content by third parties.

The User may download or copy material strictly for personal use, with Corequad, Lda remaining the owner of the respective copyrights. The User agrees not to attack or use Corequad, Lda’s systems or website illegally, being responsible for and bearing all costs associated with illegal actions attributed to them.

Among others, illegal actions include:

a) Accessing an unauthorized area/account and related information,

b) Testing and evaluating system vulnerabilities and breaking installed security,

c) Installing or attempting to install viruses on the portal,

d) Sending unsolicited emails including promotions or advertising for products or services,

e) Triggering or attempting to trigger "denial of service" attacks (attempts to make system resources unavailable to users).

a) Corequad, Lda and its administrators disclaim any responsibility for any direct, indirect, and/or incidental damages of any nature resulting from the use or inability to use the materials contained on this site; Derived from lack of caution, misuse, or negligence in using the items for sale in this online store,

b) When placing an order, the User declares that they are over 18 years old and not legally incapacitated.

a) The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the www.thomsonclub.com site, adding the desired product(s) or service(s) to the shopping cart,

b) To submit the order, the User has two options, and must:

b.1) First option – Checkout without User account:

b.1.1) Access the website www.thomsonclub.com,

b.1.2) Add the desired product(s) or service(s) to the shopping cart,

b.1.3) Provide the requested information on the checkout page.

b.2) Second option – Checkout with User account:

b.2.1) Register on the website www.thomsonclub.com, providing the required details for registration,

b.2.2) Login (customers log in with a unique access code sent to their email (no passwords)). The User agrees to ensure the confidentiality of the access code, with Corequad, Lda being exempt from any responsibility resulting from incorrect use or negligence by the user in fulfilling their confidentiality obligation for access data.

b.3) Choose the options available during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the VAT number and name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes),

c) Placing an order by the user equates to full and unconditional acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale, as well as the terms of use, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded,

d) Corequad, Lda will honor orders received online only until the limit of raw material availability. In case of unavailability of the product/raw material, Corequad, Lda commits to inform the customer as soon as possible,

e) The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User at the time of completing the order fields. Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be reissued with alterations,

f) Orders are valid for 5 (five) days, unless the order is registered as part of a promotional campaign defining a different period. It is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions, and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within the mentioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

Corequad, Lda's online store allows the User to make payments for orders through the following methods:

a) Multibanco Network, with entity and reference, processed by the entity: Ifthenpay – information can be consulted here,

Corequad, Lda cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency or exchange rates applied by any bank when converting EUR to any other currency.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Portugal Mainland) will be shipped the same day.

NOTE: The delivery time is the expected number of business days for the delivery service to be completed. The calculation starts from the next business day after shipment. It does not include holidays in the country of origin and destination. The delivery time does not include the time spent in customs clearance at the destination country.

a) Prices are listed in Euros (€), including taxes and fees, considering the applicable VAT at the time of the order,

b) If a price increase occurs for any product, the customer will be immediately informed and may choose to receive the order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

Any product purchased at www.thomsonclub.com can be exchanged or refunded, and the User must contact us via email at info@thomsonclub.com or by registered mail. The exchange or return must be made within a maximum of 14 days. Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours of placing it will result in automatic cancellation of the order. Returned products must be in the same condition they were delivered to the User, with no signs of use, and in the original packaging. If the final value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is higher than the initial order value, the User must pay the difference through one of the available payment methods. If it is lower than the initial value, or in case of a return, the User may request a refund of that amount through a bank transfer to an account to be specified.

Corequad, Lda does not accept exchanges/returns of personalized items or items with damaged original packaging. Items sent for free, as gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded. Shipping and banking costs associated with returning products are borne solely and entirely by the User. Corequad, Lda will refund the User within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned item. If the return is due to a logistical error, Corequad, Lda will collect the item after contacting the User, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.

Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated period, and exchanges are subject to stock availability. An unsatisfied exchange request will automatically generate a return and subsequent credit.

In case of product unavailability and/or stock depletion, the User will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of their order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.

Exceptions to the Right of Free Resolution, under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, are considered, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, in the following cases:

a) Provision of services, when:

i) Services have been fully provided after prior and express consent of the consumer, under Article 15,

ii) The consumer acknowledges that they lose the right to free resolution if the contract has been fully executed by the professional in that case.

b) Supply of goods or provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates that the goods supplier or service provider cannot control and that may occur during the free resolution period,

c) Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; (…) and ii) The consumer acknowledges that their consent implies the loss of the right to free resolution; (…).

The User's choice of a frame constitutes recognition of the purchase of a personalized item and thus loses the right to free resolution.

a) Modify or suspend the online store without prior notice,

b) Change the price of goods or services without prior notice,

c) Refuse orders due to stock shortages, lack of raw materials, or non-compliance by the User,

d) Receive payment for purchases from the User once the transaction is accepted,

e) Suspend and/or block the User's account if the User appears abusive.

For technical reasons, Corequad, Lda cannot guarantee full availability at all times. Corequad, Lda cannot guarantee that all products displayed are available when you place your order. If the product you requested is no longer available, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible after your order.
