Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mainland Portugal time) will be shipped the same day.

  • Mainland Portugal (1 to 2 business days): Free shipping

  • Portuguese Islands (6 to 7 business days): €15.00 (Free shipping on orders over €200)

  • Mainland Spain (1 to 3 business days): €7.50 (Free shipping on orders over €90)

  • Spanish Islands (3 to 7 business days): Calculated at checkout (Free shipping on orders over €250)

  • Rest of Europe (3 to 8 business days): Calculated at checkout (Free shipping on orders over €250)

  • Rest of the world (3 to 12 business days): Calculated at checkout

NOTES:

  1. Although we strive to process and ship your orders within the estimated timeframe, please remember that once the item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for potential delays caused by shipping carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  2. We kindly ask you to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In the event of receiving a tampered or damaged package, please notify the carrier immediately so we can take the appropriate measures.

  3. The delivery time is the expected number of business days for the execution of delivery services. The calculation begins on the business day following dispatch. It does not include holidays in the country of origin and destination. The indicated delivery time does not include the retention time at the destination customs for customs processing.

  4. Thomson Club is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import costs that may be applied by the destination countries. These charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
