Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Portugal mainland time) will be shipped the same day.

  • Mainland Portugal (1 to 2 business days) – €6.00, free shipping on orders over €90

  • Portuguese Islands (6 to 7 business days) – €15.00, free shipping on orders over €200

  • Mainland Spain (1 to 3 business days) – €7.50, free shipping on orders over €90

  • Spanish Islands (3 to 7 business days) – Calculated at checkout, free shipping on orders over €250

  • Rest of Europe (3 to 8 business days) – Calculated at checkout, free shipping on orders over €250

  • Rest of the World (3 to 12 business days) – Calculated at checkout

NOTES:

  1. Although we strive to process and ship your orders within the estimated time, please note that once the item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  2. Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please notify the carrier immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
  3. The delivery timeframe refers to the estimated number of business days for delivery services. The count starts on the next business day after dispatch. It does not include public holidays in the origin or destination country. The indicated delivery time does not include any customs delays in the destination country.
