Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Portugal Mainland) will be shipped the same day.

• Portugal Mainland and Spain Peninsula (1 to 3 business days) - €5.50 (Free over €100)
• Portuguese Islands (6 to 7 business days) - €10,00
• Spanish Islands (3 to 7 business days) - Calculated at checkout
• Rest of the Europe (3 to 12 business days) - Calculated at checkout
• Rest of the World (3 to 12 business days) - Calculated at checkout

NOTES:

1. While we strive to process and ship your orders within the estimated time, please remember that once the item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. Thank you for your understanding.

2. We kindly ask that you check the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery. If you receive the package damaged, please notify the carrier immediately so that we can take the necessary measures.

3. The delivery time is the expected number of business days for the delivery service to be completed. The calculation starts from the next business day after shipment. It does not include holidays in the country of origin and destination. The delivery time does not include the time spent in customs clearance at the destination country.
