Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Portugal mainland time) will be shipped the same day.

Portugal Mainland (1 to 2 business days) – €5.50, free shipping on orders over €100
Portuguese Islands (6 to 7 business days) – €10.00
Mainland Spain (1 to 2 business days) – €5.50, free shipping on orders over €100
Spanish Islands (3 to 7 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Rest of Europe (3 to 8 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Rest of the World (3 to 12 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Although we strive to process and ship your orders within the estimated time, please note that once the item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please notify the carrier immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
The delivery timeframe refers to the estimated number of business days for delivery services. The count starts on the next business day after dispatch. It does not include public holidays in the origin or destination country. The indicated delivery time does not include any customs delays in the destination country.
