Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange or return. Completely free of charge (excluding shipping costs). No hassle. No stress.

1. What we offer:

- 14 days to exchange or return after receiving your order

- No processing fees — we don’t charge any fees for exchanges or returns

- No questions asked

- Fast refund: processed within 5 business days after receiving the item

- Easy exchanges: you can opt for a different size or product

Important note:

- The shipping cost for returning or exchanging the original item is the customer’s responsibility.

- In case of an exchange, the shipping cost for sending the new item to the customer will also be charged to the customer.

- Once we receive the returned item, we handle the rest quickly and hassle-free.

The only exception is underwear. We do not accept exchanges or returns for this type of item.

2. Requirements to accept returns or exchanges:

- Item in perfect condition, as received

- No signs of use, washing, damage, or odors

- Original tag intact

- Original or equivalent packaging

3. How to request an exchange or return:

- Provide your order number and indicate whether you want a refund or exchange.

- Our team will verify if the request is within the return period and complies with our return policy.

- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back, including:

- Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund (within 5 business days) via the same payment method used for the purchase or complete the exchange as requested.

 

4. Additional useful information:

- The 14-day period starts from the moment you receive the order.

- Return shipping is done via carrier or postal service of your choice.

- In case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped after receipt and verification of the returned item, and the shipping cost for the new item will be charged to the customer.

- We do not accept returns outside the deadline or items showing visible signs of use, damage, or alteration.

5. Damage and issues:

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@thomsonclub.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
